“Their food was STUNNING. They use locally sourced ingredients and support regional farms, and you can taste the difference. Their food was authentic, flavorful, balanced, and healthy. We had a charcuterie table that was perfect for cocktail hour during photos. Then they served a beautiful 3 course plated meal that I would order again and again at a restaurant. Their heirloom tomato caprese salad is to die for. The flat iron steak and salmon were perfect.

Derek is a rockstar. He coordinated with a local rental company for our tables, chairs, plates, silverware, etc and made expert suggestions all along the way. He took away any stress we had while planning a wedding from another state (without a wedding planner) by recommending everything we needed or simply coordinating it himself. He communicated extremely well, including talking with our florist, the venue manager, and photographer. He works incredibly hard and truly is a gem.”
